Project | 300 lb Squat

Currently on a novice Starting Strength progression. After 7 months I completed my goal of a 300 lb back squat for reps.

Bench Press: 170 lbs

Deadlift: 330 lbs

 

Press: 125 lbs

Snatch: 121 lbs

Clean and Jerk: 156 lbs
